We currently ship orders only within the United States. For Oʻahu customers, we encourage local ordering through our Grubhub, Uber Eats, or DoorDash accounts when available, or by scheduling pickup with us.

Where We Ship
We currently ship orders only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Some products or order types may have limited shipping availability based on location, carrier rules, product type, order size, temperature sensitivity, or other practical shipping limitations.
Oʻahu Orders, Local Delivery, and Pickup
For customers on Oʻahu, we encourage ordering through our Grubhub, Uber Eats, or DoorDash accounts when available. These platforms may offer local delivery options depending on your location, product availability, driver availability, and platform rules.
Customers may also contact us to schedule pickup when available. Pickup availability, pickup times, and pickup instructions may vary. Please wait for confirmation from us before coming to pick up an order.
Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms such as Grubhub, Uber Eats, or DoorDash are subject to the terms, fees, delivery times, refund rules, and customer support processes of those platforms.
Shipping Outside Oʻahu
Most packages are shipped through USPS. However, we may use other shipping providers, including UPS or other carriers, when we believe another option is better based on cost, delivery speed, package size, package weight, reliability, or availability.
Processing Time
Order processing time is the time it takes us to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and days when our business is closed.
During busy periods, product shortages, weather disruptions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unusual circumstances, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment. Rates may depend on the shipping destination, order size, package weight, package dimensions, shipping method, promotions, or free shipping offers.
If we offer free shipping, the free shipping offer may be subject to minimum order amounts, eligible products, eligible locations, or other conditions stated at checkout or on our website.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times shown at checkout or provided by shipping carriers are estimates only. Delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Carrier delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, weather, holidays, natural disasters, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
Because we ship from Hawaii, delivery times to the U.S. mainland and other locations may vary.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after your order has shipped. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created or the package is accepted by the carrier.
A shipping label being created does not always mean the package has already been scanned or delivered to the carrier. Please allow time for carrier tracking updates.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, we may offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense or issue a refund for eligible items, excluding original shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, front desks, or other delivery areas near your address.
You should also contact the shipping carrier for assistance. We may help review the situation or assist with a carrier claim when applicable, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed for packages marked delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the shipping box or mailer, photos of the packaging materials, and a brief description of the issue.
Damaged items may be handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Shipping Delays
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website, at checkout, or in your order confirmation.
If we cannot ship your order within the estimated timeframe, or within 30 days if no shipping timeframe was stated, we may contact you about the delay and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the order for a refund, as required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, incorrect addresses, labor disruptions, government actions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Carrier Choice
We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and service level for each order unless a specific shipping option is offered and selected at checkout.
Although most packages are shipped through USPS, we may use another carrier when appropriate for the order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, labeled, or shipped.
If an order has already shipped, it may need to be handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
